Inform Artfullife about the product models, images, videos, etc., that you need, along with the order quantity, expected price, delivery time, and destination port. For products with special specifications, it is best to send samples to us for testing to ensure that the factory equipment can produce them.

Printing and packaging fees will be charged for the first order. The fees will be refunded on the second order, and subsequent orders will not incur these fees. This applies only to the first order.

There is no minimum order quantity for stock products. For custom products, the minimum order quantity is 5000 units. Note: The first order must be 5000 units, which can be delivered in batches. Subsequent orders can be produced and shipped based on sales, alleviating pressure on partners. For example, the first order of 5000 units can be split into 2000 units for initial delivery and 3000 units later. The printing fee will be refunded on the second order.

Barcodes provided by Artfullife or partners are essential for shelving products.

Free storage for 3 months. If goods are not picked up after 3 months, Artfullife will notify the partner. Accumulated goods for more than six months will be subject to disposal.

Partners specify the destination port. Currently, all ports in Guangzhou and Shenzhen are supported. Costs are split equally. Annual sales reaching USD 1 million qualify for free delivery to designated ports in China the following year.

A 30% deposit is required. The balance of 70% is payable upon receipt of the bill of lading at the designated port or freight forwarder.

Upon unloading at the destination port, partners should provide a settlement list for the goods. If there is damage, aside from transport damage, such as product deformation or packaging damage, goods must be counted, and a list (with photos and videos as proof) should be provided. Double the service value will be refunded on the next order.
